Wee Kids Wednesday 

Wee Kids Wednesday is a special opportunity for our 4-year-olds to begin their journey into school in a warm, welcoming and fun environment.

Each session runs from 2:30–3:00pm and gives children the chance to experience what life at our school is all about. Each afternoon has a special letter focus, with children enjoying a hands-on craft activity, exploring our school, visiting other classrooms and meeting the wonderful people who make our school such a special place.

Most importantly, Wee Kids Wednesday is about building confidence, connections and a sense of belonging. It gives children the opportunity to get to know their new entrant teacher, meet their future classmates and become familiar with their classroom through a real class experience making the transition to school a little more exciting and a lot less daunting.

We warmly welcome parents and whānau to stay, grab a coffee and mingle with other families, or simply drop your child off and enjoy a little time to yourself. There is no pressure, we want every family to feel comfortable and connected.

At the heart of Wee Kids Wednesday is our belief that starting school should be a joyful experience. We can't wait to welcome your little ones into our school family and begin those special first steps together.
